DM800c , i los all channels during switchover

i lost everything, tried rescanning but only got 10 channels or so.
so i did factory reset and now lost everything. now im not sure what to do, it has nablosat on enigma2 in bristol area on virmin, not sure what to do next i.e add the cam??? im stuck please help as i couldnt find anything on this..

did you flash it yourself last time and it sounds like your area could of been hit with nagra 3
