Dreambox c500 update channels

Iv lost all my channels on my cable Dreambox c500 1st May Iv tried updating all channels but it still won't work Can anyone explain to me what I need to do update my box

depends wot area your in m8 could be nagra 3 and if so they wont come back

what is this n3 ? how can you tell if your area is n3 and if so can a 500c be configured for this with new key files etc. i am in the belfast area and have a 500c but am unable to get channels using the keys suplied in the noob guide. unit is displaying that evocamd 2.12 is starting but nothing happens.
