nokia dbox 2

Hi everyone
Can someone please tell me if their is a all in one program/firmware out their for the nokia dbox2 where i can just down load it to my pc and connect it via null cable and click down load and watch it happen.. I personally have a sv3 the box super and it was a doddle to do a firmware update on that. so can someone please help with that . and is their anyone out their that can help me with out having to go to bigmaq toolbar site. dont want to install a tool bar on my pc . just got it back up and running .
