DBox2 - Not recieving Sky Box Office Movie Channels

I wonder if somebody could help. I have a DBOX2 which shows all the premium channels including the Sky Box Office PPV channels but it doesn't show any of the Sky Box Movie Channels.

Is this the same for everybody or do I have some sort of setting issue with mine?

depending on the image set your location with the blue button then restart the dbox then go to service and do a service scan to get all channels
