Dbox2 Sagem x 1. Box stuck on Lade

Help needed! I'm fixing a box for a mate. It stopped working recently when loading up. The box boots and lade appears, then the LCD display goes blank

I tried to flash it with Hyperterminal, and all went well until the end when it says "Copy to flash" this is supposed to only take a couple of minutes then says done, but it didnt. I left it for 15 mins or so and nothing happened.

any ideas on how to fix it?

You will have to use IFA, you need to have a good read through the other threads on here. Its all explained in there.
