Bad magic number

guys trying to fix nokia dbox2 for neighbour and have connected through null modem cable and hyperterminal . everything runs fine until i try to get it to run uboot file and get "bad magic number " . Can anyone help before i go loopy .

thanks mate but that was he guide i was using . just trying to get a solution to problem as tried it 5 times, and same problem all the time
