doesnt come on , only green light ??/

got it all working , excellent , not happy with that tried to fix screen , not so great , now its not coming on , screen comes on , but a green light stays on, i think its the remote light ??

if i remember right , when i pushed a button on remote a green light showed on the d-box ??

that light is on , can someone help please ??

Does your box fully boot up? What is displayed on the LCD?

Try flashing the image again using IFA (ethernet and null modem cable attached if you have both).

it was working fine , there was lines on the lcd , followed the how to repair lcd on this site , but now nothing ????

going to get new one , but not going to if its not working ...

as i say was all ok , just wondering if its something simply ??

If you applied mains power to the dbox while the LCD panel ribbon cable was disconnected from the motherboard, then you'll have most likely fried the CPU, sorry.

If you didn't do this, then (with power off) recheck the ribbon is connected properly into it's mobo socket.

In my experience, this so-called 'fix' just makes matters worse.

the box will work without lcd
he was saying if you pull out the lcd cable and its powerd you get short
that usualy fry the main cpu
