Have you enabled your wireless again?

Control panel, network connections. Then see if your wireless connection is enabled. If it isn't, enable it and you will hopefully have solved your problem.

Go to dbox and look at the ip address and make sure its the right one your trying to connect to on your pc

      THE TRUTH
      The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

What i did was disable one while you use the other.

So while i was FTP'in id make my wireless network inactive by disabling it.

hi before ftp you should always!create a restore point, however like smoggie says a restore should do the trick, being that you changed connection settings on the network, half duplex etc....good luck...m

Why on earth would anyone want to do that?

                  @ Angrycat....

What version of Windows are you using mate?
Are you going through a router or is it a straight connection?

After you have returned your LAN settings to 'Obtain and IP address Automatically', if all the usual 'Repair connection' type solutions don't work then simply reboot the PC/router/modem.

Vista has a Diagnose and Repair option in the Network Settings.

                      Does it report any errors?

the point i was making was that if you change settings/you are better of creating a restore point right before you change things then you can finish what your doing and go back straight away without getting into these situations, which witchty didnt get?....m
