VOLUME NOT WORKING

Hi all
Can anyone help, the volume control on my nokia dbox2 does not seem to work, it used to, but not now, when the buttons are pressed the bar moves across the screen but the volume does not alter, it only alters when I alter the volume level on the T.V. I have checked the scart lead & that is in properly, it is probably something syupid like me.......

what you need to check is...

dbox->settings->audio-> and then change the sound option to AVS...

sounds like it could be in wrong output. ??
