Can't update manually

I have the lincsat beta 7.25 image on my dbox2 and everything was working fine untill just after the last keyroll on 9th when strangly I lost all channels except fta.I tried entering new keys manually with remote in var/keys/keylist text but they are not saved
Do I need to change any other settings or do I need to put another image on it
Any help much appreciated

found had same problem with that image in the end changed the image !!!!!maybe worth considering

I had the same problem with a Sagem using an older image. Will have to update to newer image and try it. I tried to change permissions but never got anywhere.

i have the lacky image from the chatter box and works fine

wot the all new laky pro1,will that need updating with rom fix?
wots the commando image like ,does that need updating
also saw theres a different version of the lincsat beta ,fullish,
someone plz help me out as its so confusing

Lincsat Fullish is the Only image Out there that dont need updating
There may be others .
But stick with wot you know
All the Others just need 7 fix FTP d across to var/keys
Commando needs cam ftp d to Var/ bin

You should not need to update manually anyway.

There have been no major upsets since November, just install the last rom updates.

i know i should'nt have to update manually that's why i got confused.i think my image must have got corrupted somehow.anyway i'm gonna try another image on it later

You'll still need to add the ROM's mate.

No images come with them pre-installed these days.

The lincsat beta 7.25 was released just after the November roll when all the images crashed and it had the roms in it.
I've realised that for some reason it got corrupted ,lost all channels except fta,can't update manually and when I came to flash different image all the network settings were balls up.Had to use ifa.Anyway all working now with a laky image.Many thanks for everyones input
