Image Backup

How do i Back the DBox Image before i upload the new Commando Image on the box as i have been told to do this

Something to do with the box and doing the back up with the remote or something

Thanks Again any help with be much appreciated.

Dbox remote dboxbutton ...Service..... Image upgrade/backup ...........back up one partition.. flash without bootloader it will save in tmp/ mtd3.img Then ftp to your pc
