Once you got it done you'll still want to fiddle. It becomes an obsession.

once it bloody works and i get all channels what else is there to do? Or is that a dum ass question? As you can tell iam a newbie!!! If i get it working i will be well happy! ha!

If you have put the rom & emu files in then all you have to do is activate evocamd reboot then put on s#y sports 1 and leave untill clear takes about 5mins then sit back and relax thats it

i have put the nargrarom7 file in, was i meant to do another? it did not say that! OOps???? Please tell me i just reboot anf thats it?

D/load evocamd and put it in var/bin/emu. when you have transferred it to your box right click on it go to attributes then left click then change chmod to 755 not 744


Have you just put the rom fix in var/k#ys as there needs to be other files in there if so you can get the rest from here>>

Yes you need all off them if you have already put nag 7 in then it will ask you if you want to overwrite nag 7 say no
but if you have not put it in yet then transfer all the files into k#ys then transfer the rom fix over it will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing say yes.

Then if you have scanned for channels activate evocamd then reboot then put on s#y sports 1 until clear

thanks for you help.i am getting what you are telling me but where do i activate the chmod, 744 to 755 bit?? Can not see where i do that i guess on the Box?

In your ftp program go to var/bin/emu right click on evocamd go to attributes left click on that then change chmod to 755

Well iam not sure what happening now! I have followed all the instruction you have given me! I think. I have then gone to ski 1 saved it and the rebooted, and no channel cleared and channel error so i am re scanning! I so hope that solves it as it seams to be getting worse? Is there any one local to grimsby that can help!

So you transferred all the files into your box?
It sounds like you need to do a scan. So set your location if you cannot find your area then select your county. After you set your location it will ask you to reboot. After it as rebooted then do a scan after the scan has finished then press the blue button go to emu restart then restart the emu then reboot, then go to s#y sports 1 until clears

well all good so far but what do you mean by emu reset, i ahve haad a look and can not see it apart from image upgrade/back up? Please help me on this what i hope is the last step!!!

Press the blue button then there is a option to restart the emu press on evocamd to restart.
Restart the emu then reboot then put on s#y sports 1 to clear
