In flash fxp in the Left hand pane set the box to desktop. Make sure the roms are on the desktop then on the right set the directory to Var\keys

Drag the roms from inside the left pane to the right pane

no joy mate, it says file failed to transfer, any ideas

If it does not transfer then it might be corrupt
delete the k#ys file then unzip this file then transfer to var

right i was able to do it that way but 12 files failed to transfer, ill be back on tomorra so any ideas i would be very grateful cheers guys.

files failing to transfer usually means img gone read-only - will need to reflash img

some of the files are transfering, it gets about halfway down the keys folder, then the rest of the files fail to transfer.

If you cannot transfer to your box then the image as gone into read-only mode so you will have to do a fresh flash to sort it out.
You will have to use IFA to flash your box as you cannot transfer to your box.

you said some of the files r transferring - if their not ur img has gone read-only......u will need to flash a new img...
the tmp folder should be still accessible as this is in the ram so u should be able to flash using the remote thru the box
