sly sports 1 missing

i cant seem to get sky sports 1. all other channels are fine but sports 1 comes on for a couple of mins and freezes with message service could not be found....help!!!

you have also posted this same problem in the dreambox section. Please decide what box you have and then the correc fix can be given to you... Edit the one you do not need please..

So i take it you do own a dbox? do you have the other channels ok? what image are you using? the more info you can provide the qucker we will get you working again...

yes have a box wi dvb in top left hand corner. It has a black line running along the top. All other channels are cool movies, setanta etc even sky sports 2 and 3 its just no1 which is why i bought it. Sorry cant be more detailed about the box, am clueless in that dep

the box starts up with " the gp" and then a message saying starting evocamd 2.14 comes up

To do a scan
Press the blue button and set your location to the area that you are in then reboot your box.
After reboot press the dbox button then press on service/then on service scan/then change bouquet to update/then change scan service to all services/turn fast scan off and auto scan off then press on scan then your box will start to scan.

when i press the blue button a menu comes up with options (green) start/restart camd
(yellow) enable auto camd

1 camdsettings
2 addons
3 extras/settings
4 system info
5 quickbutton settings
6 plugins (tools)

where do i go from here. Also im in edinburgh so what region is that.
am sorry but i dont have a cliue about these boxes.

mv eurovox box came up no signal on all the above channels i re scanned using 6887 instead of 6952 now i can no locate any of them at all .....help please

if your setting is originally 6.887 no good scanning 6.952,rescan with original setting then check all channels u pick up, vm have a habit on moving things they may be hidden. get back to us if no good.
