Missing channels is 99% a signal issue, either too weak or too strong, most of the time it's too weak.

On a working channel, press RED then BLUE. Note the SNR value. It needs to be over 55,000 before you will get any channels, it needs to be about 62,000 before you'll get all the channels. Anywhere inbetween will result in missing channels or freezing channels.

Reconnect all your coax leading up to the box. If possible, connect the box to the main feed without any splitters and do another scan. Every time you split the cable, it gets weaker so it should be stronger at the source. If you get all the channels at the main feed, and you want to connect your splitter back up, you will need to buy a signal booster to increase the signal strength. Argos do them for under a tenner.

Insert a service.xml file for your area because some times it depends on how much signal you are getting by how many other people are using the service in the area

Got the booster from Argos pluged it in SNR gone down from over 50K to 40K and BER gone up from 200K to 300K. Tryed the nob on booster both ways but results the same.

                  Any more suggestions guys

                  Thx Sq

                    Guys!

Where is best to connect the booster? from source ( cable lead straight from the wall) or after the splitter?

                    Thanks again.
