I have just got this box yesterday. On powering

First, the system loads normally, but then comes:

"Operating system could not be loaded correctly - Error UD4".

Whats this and how do i rectify it? Thanks

Thanks for the info. I am now trying to download commando image but winRAR is saying ''The archive is unknown or format Unknown''

What do i use then to extract this file?

i just tried the 2x version it downloaded and uncompressed fine using winrar -
