Anyone else getting the Error channel unavailable ?

hi all. having a problem with my euro vox max v 2008
box, went down b4 xmas, only have free veiw showing
at the moment, my software at the moment is
1.0 stc4 apr 18 2008, i know virgin have hit these box"s
is there any updated firmware out , to bring it back to life again

sorry to but in; but am having this problem too! loosing loads of channels!


im in surrey, and am having the same issues as all of you too!

im try a recan too, see what happens? do you think its a sgnal problem from the origin?
