Try the scart lead TV first. It happens with my Sky box sometime, but get sorted once i fiddle with the scart at the back. Maybe the more experienced guys will help further

have you ever had sound or have you recently got the box etc? Could be that the image is dicked and may need reflashing if all the above tips are having no effect?

have you another TV you can try it with etc... Am starting to think you have been sold a bad box... I do not have one of these myself but as far as i know you do not need to add anything extra to get audio as its all in the image... There will some bright sparks logging on soon with other ideas though..

May be as simple as a dodgy Scart lead mate.... try one you know works 100% to rule it out? Hopefully the Scart connection on the box/tv ain't goosed..... although if your getting picture then it's kinda weird no sound. Try the box on another TV to rule that out too.......

you may have a dry joint inside box on scart connection, worth taking a look at.

There are 2 terminals at the back of your box, one for the cable feed and another labeled TV/VCR. Plug a cable there where its labled TV/VCR and connect the other end to the back of your TV. Remove the scart altogether and scan your TV until you get Dbox picture. This might help.

Also you may want to use those those 3 terminals to the left of scart. Just find right cables and plug it to the back of your TV.

The other option is to take your scart first via your DVD player then to TV, if it doesnt work, repeat with other connection points at the back of your dbox.

It may be your scart has a faulty
