    nokia dbox tech help req

    hi peeps

    is there anyway back for my nokia dbox2 ?
    or is it for the bin ? not var/bin BUT the rubbish BIN.



    the symtoms are
    not booting up and no lcd working the only sign of life is the remote sensor is going green when playing with r/c
    i gave various new & old + portable IFA's a go but no joy, the IFA dont pickup the box,

    gave the FTP ago but no joy either,

    gave the hyperterminal a go too and this is what i get

                  but iam sure you know what its like when your chapping at the bit to get on with it...before booking a funaral for the box, I DONT WANT MY BEST FRIEND TO DIE

                      it looks like the front processor is faulty you would need expert soldering equipment and skills to replace that chip

                          but hey life goes on with mr sagem thank goodness

                          what a day iam having:
                          when i got up the dog had munched my breakie
                          the central heating went on the blink
                          the phone bill through the door
                          dbox dead....
                          then micheal jackson is making a comeback..........
