    Streaming Nfo Req

Just spent the last couple of weeks learning my mates db2 (sportster base2.0 rel.1.7 uk02)

I finally got eveything just about sorted steady as a rock with no freezes or dropouts, including how to recover from kein system in my sleep

All channels are present and correct and an ftp img file is now kept as backup (after the tenth time I make sure)

What I'm having problems with is streaming movies from the PC to the db2

I've tried following stickies on vlc 8.5 and 8.6 with cracks! added as per instructions but still cannot access the shared folder
on the pc with test files of avi and ts

Network is setup ok on the db2 (test and all reachable) and ping/ftp to db2 are ok

Anyone got a setup/start command line (or tut) for vlc 9.8a because its driving me crazy.

    Cheers I hope

I have tried that and I still get

      filebrowser vlc://e:/movies

on top of db2 screen which is then locked up.

Seems to be looking in the right place but cannot see files

      ?????
