I got given a Nokia Dbox 2 to update the other day, now I dont have cable myself so with my friends help we have been trying to update and get the box functioning again.
The image on it was a very old I think (neutrino?) so I upgraded to the latest blade quad image, my friend then took the box home and not matter what he tried he couldnt complete a scan at all. He was advised through some chat on forums to flash with a different image.
So today I had the box back and have flashed it with Commando 10d 2x image ok. I then opened this thread and copied the keys and emu folders that I downloaded from the link in the thread
Ok now after powering off the box and back on it came up with the Kein system error. I then used IFA and reflashed the commando 10d 2x image ok and its loaded fine, as yet I havent copied the keys\emu folders across as not sure of this corrupted the image. I have set the location to mine and disabled fast scan ready to give the box back to my friend with cable to complete the scan later. Is there anything else I need to do or any keys etc I need to copy across?
**UPDATE** I have copied the latest keys and emu folders across to the VAR folder fine this time, although when I try and update the chmod settings of the files in the emu folder to 755 it says command failed although the emu folder has the 755 chmod attributes not the files inside.
Also my friend took the box back and set it up to scan it found 300+ transponders and scanned them all through but not getting any channels!!!!!! help
