Connect dbox2 to plasma tv using scart-vga cable

I need some help please:

I want to connect my dbox2 to my plasma tv. I bought a scart-vga cable and was hoping to use the connection to display the dbox channels, but can't get anything. I connected the cable to the sat box and the dvd and all is negative. Any advise please?

I tried that, but it did not work! any other suggestions would be more than welcomed
