channels missing help plz

Hi, got a dbox2 nokia with commando 9x2, had box for years and also have backup box in bedroom, lost loads of channels otherday i only get
ch4
ch4+1
tcm
film4
film4 +1
e4
discovery etc,etc.
i dont get bbc1 2 itv ch4 ch5 sky1 etc etc.
thats just about it
tried reloading my var/keys folder and my bowket n service's
but nowt even tried full reflash then adding keys/services etc.
but nowt. just those channels strange i put my backup box in place and all is ok so its not the feed or signal..starting to suspect a weak tuner last tuner to go on me tho and box just said waiting for time..
its weired how i get these channels tho and hardly any fta ones..gona try a cheap rf booster will post if fixed, but if anyone has had same problem please post a fix..

Loads of channels have been shifted to other transponders under new service ID labels over the past few months, m8. Your services and bouquets files are well past their sell-by dates now!

You just need to do a new Service Scan...

Check the bics channels as there is a load on there in cw land

am ex twest done a full scan and found only 80ish channels i still get film4+1 tcm cartoon network all perfect picture....how strange is this.

hello m8, do some of your channels freeze and jump? try a cheap rf booster it worked on my sagem box and restored 100% channels ill be getting 1 today and trying it on my nokia box will post if sorted (weak tuner fault mayb).

tried that and only found 80 channels tried all sorts ov scans bruteforce etc etc i cant even find bbc1 yet tcm and film4 work just fine????

any more ideas any1?

No Good Full Ch Scan and only find 80 channels

Manual scan, select network button. When scan is complete visit each of the channels marked SID one by one and wait for the channel list to update itself.

I have done that and i have looked in unsorted but im still missing a lot of bbc channels.

the box is fine as it was working up to 2 days a go..
i have sorted out some channels with Bouquet Wizard

But install missing a few only got 329 channels out of my normal 380

why do VM have tp play... with things..
