missing sky 1

hi chaps managed to do a good scan on laky sylas and cant seem to get sky 1 i've also tried commando got all the other channels anyone help please

If you're splitting the signal then take the box back to the wall so it isn't split and try again. Could be excess cable, split signal etc.

already tried that mate straight back to the wall still not finding sky 1 i'm stumped

do you have unsorted channel on the laksy image have a check in there

i've actually checked the service file its not picking it up at all its not hiding either ?

Find out what transponder its on an use a myservices.xml file to manually add it to the channel list see if it works then

Try your bouquet menu if the channels are set-up by categories something like (Terrestrial, Entertainment, Sports, ext....)
you have to go to (Others) and do a check in this list if your missing Channel does exist in (Others) then you will have to move it manually where you want it to be.
