FLASHING BACKUP IMAGE BACK ON

Hi i,m new to the Dbox. i have messed up the image that was put onto my sagem. i have sportster on it i did use to have a bouquets on it but have lost it tried scanning and cannot pick up any transponders anymore it just says Transponder scan failed. Is there anyone in the North Hampshire / Surrey area that can help me. This would be a great help Thanks

u will need to set the scanning options to ur local frequency, sym rate, net id
to get a successfull scan

Hi have done that and still no transponders found. do not know if to try a new image but unsure how to do this and getting a bit confussed about emu softcams and keys.
