DBOX2 sound chip

Looks like my sound trouble is because of a hardware fault. Does anybody know how to replace a sound chip, and where it is on a sagem dbox2?

Check these 2 components: UDA1320ATS or CXA20920
Most of the time the 2nd one is broken ,
These are the sound chips for nokia boxes I'm not sure if they use the same chips in the sagem boxes
