Updating Channels

I have lost Santanta 1+2. I want to do a rescan but dont want to lose my bouquet settings.
How do I update the channels but not lose the channel bouquets?

I have also lost Setampa 1 and 2 and Rngrs and Celtc TV. But still have Setampa S News.

Can I ask what area you are from? I am S.Lanarkshire.

i just done a factory reset,scanned it then turned the emu back on and all the channels are back on,my box is a starview 3!!

My "flashing computer" (currently on a laptop with hyperthreading) is in pieces at the moment and my channels always end up messed up after a scan. So I can;t do nothing about it. Depressed.

Really wanted watch the England game.

well just use your remote and edit that bouquet and put them back in m8

Missing channels

OK...lost the setanta channels and a few more. Did a rescan, then lost sky 1, 2 and 3. And still no setanta!

Dbox2 connected straight to wall box, no splitters.

Any ideas how to get them back in Liverpool South?

Have you checked your unsorted folder

Eezy-peezy! In the Scan Menu, you'll see an item named Bouquets - toggle this to leave current - then Save settings.

Dont know if its the same thing, but changed to knowsley...all ok now.

Have used Liverpool South for ages...weird!!!

I'm in North Lanarkshire and lost RangersTV Sult 1 & 2 and did a rescan and lost ALL channels. Fortunately I had a back up and re-flashed. Still have channels missing though.
Looks like something's going on ! By the way I'm using Blade Quad and haven't had any bother for ages.

If peeps are Scanning on Fast Scan mode that has worked previously, but not now (on the same image)- then only one conclusion can be drawn: VM have changed either your NetID, or your area Frequency, or maybe both.

Find out the new settings by going into the EM on your subbed box, then enter these into the scan menu and Save- then Reboot before scanning again . You don't have a subbed box? Then change from Fast Scan mode to 'Brute Force' (or All Transponders)- where the scan takes 5 times longer...
