    Find out the new settings by going into the EM on your subbed box, then enter these into the scan menu and Save- then Reboot before scanning again . You don't have a subbed box? Then change from Fast Scan mode to 'Brute Force' (or All Transponders)- where the scan takes 5 times longer...

    Cheers- AL

      EM=Engineers Menu

      Remove the power from the box for a few seconds.
      Plug power back in and at the same time hold down the UP and DOWN buttons on the front of the box until the Engineers Menu appears. Navigate with the front panel buttons or the remote.

        can you not just set the scan type to 'update' instead of new or something?

          Tried this and the box just sits on debug mode (the garbbled LCD screen) with nothing happening.

                      Has the NetID for Luton North changed? I have used 00005 and 00022 and neither pick up any channels.

                        Jeez, you're hard work. What's wrong with just trying each of the three Luton choices in Set My Location one after the other, m8?

                        For your edification- all Luton and Dunstable areas are NetID 00005 and SybolRate 6887.

                        That then leaves a choice of three Frequencies: 643000, 739000, and 755000 to play with. I'd guess you're the piggy in the middle!

                        Cheers- AL
