Losing channels on mates box

Just reflashed my box with the latest commando image. Sultana channels are back and everything is fine.
I have backed up my image and reflashed it on a mates box. Everything is fine except the sultana picture isnt appearing on his TV.
Why isnt he getting the same pictures?
Is it his location being different from mine (12miles difference) or may it be his signal strength?
Any help?
