hi new member i have problems with nokia dbox cannot get it off satellite onto cable any ideas or is there anyone in b;ham area could come and look at it for me many thanks youngie

Yeah, I've tried searching through the forum but I can't seem to find anything... I have found someone that had a similar problem but I'm unsure.

if i was you i would flash a new image to the box m8
and see if it resolves the problem
if not the tuner could be knackered
on the first boot of an image it looks for the tuner
if dosent see the cable tuner it would default to the satellite setup

Cheers mate, I have flashed the box several times with different images and still have the same problem. I think it's a satelite box because it has two screw plugs on the back one with LNB by it and Analog Receiver.
