dbox in ireland (cam update)??

This worked for me on my dbox2 - on Commando 9 -in dublin west.

Only used the following files

Used mgcamd - Put in location var\bin
and autoroll.key, Softcam.key Put in location var\keys
changed active softcam from evocamd to mgcamd
changed permissions on all ftped files to 755
rebooted


All channels back. Be aware there is a timelag from choosing channel to it finally appearing - about 40sec. May go to Commando 11 to see of this speeds up channel appearing.

What do you think the file priority.list from the fix3 package is good for?
Upload priority.list to var/keys.

You have to change the file permission for mgcamd via your ftp program.

Only needs to bee 755 on the cam
Other 2 files will be ok
Ftp into the cam folder
Highlight the cam
right click ,and scroll to attributes
And change the numbers to 755

is anyone seeing issues with EPG?

most channels don't pick up EPG until I browse to them - not sure if it's to do with the mgcam or the commando 11 image?

Also the mgcam doesn't start on reboot and I have to do it manually - is there a script or setting to fix this?
