Need Help

so guys, i finally found out how to image my Dbox2, i put commando 10 x2 on there, looks pretty good. Ive noticed that i only have access to what looks like freeview channels. how can i get all the channels, ive noticed i dont have a keylist.txt folder or anything else like this, as the image didnt give me them, where do i go from here.

I've tried that, i still dont know what to do. Ive downloaded the missing files ect, at the moment on my box i just have freeview, when i go onto skysports or something like that or any other paid for channel, it has a key sign in the corner, im assuming i need keys. But i dont know where to input the keys, on the old image it was var/keys/keylist.txt. I cant see it now?

tried what? have u clicked that link? - thats where the keys are - the magic files. u put them on your box - it tells you in the zip.

The files are in folders so thats the first hint were they go on the box
there is also a txt file in each folder read the title of it

chmod_755_NOT_needed_on_these_files.txt

i dont get what that means though? I'd be greatfull if you explained, or anyone.

You ftp the files from each folder to the same folders on the box then right click on the ones that need chmodding and choose chmod/attributes then change the value from 644 to 755 then click ok then reboot the box
only the files in the lib and emu folders need the value changed

ok mate, i've changed certain files that need 755. there was only 2 files that needed changing, does that sound right?
rebooting the box now, also will i need to input some keys?

You have done whats needed just switch to a blank channel and wait 5 mins and see what happens

you may have to active the CAM first - usually under the blue button, select evocam

awesome guys you've got it working for me, got there in the end eh! one more thing, all the channels work etc.. but the main reason why i put a new image on it was to see if skysports would work propperly again, guess what it never its just really laggy and jumpy. Any suggestions?

Press red then the blue button while on the channel and post the ber,snr and sig readings.

luke - what box u got? Nokia or Sagem? where abouts are you? has it just started jumping. if it's just started, it could be the signal - got any splitters or anything on the line
