Dbox red lines...

I seem to have a strange interference/red lines flickering on/off when watching any channel - accross the screen.

It's not unwatchable by any means, but its annoying... anyone know what this could be?

whats inside the dbox responsible for video output? could I need a new component?

all cables are secure, signal is high - TV itself is fine and brand new, tested with 2 tv's same, so its definetly the box..

any comments appreciated
