Help! I've lost all my channels on my Dbox!

Hi I tried to do a scan to update the channels on my dbox and i've somehow ended up losing everything.

I am a complete novice with this. Can anyone help me?!!!

hi, and welcome to the forum,why were you updating?have you lost most channels,maybe you just need the rom 7 fix ftp-ing to your box?0or your image as gone read only. then you may need to re-flash your box....but dont be sh***ng yourself its quite easy...mickey
