Dbox remoted locked!! please help!

my remote has been locked. can you please help on how to unlock it. RC is sending IR signal, box is flashing as well but its locked.

i've read its red button and dbox button to unlock but never had to try it though

Maybe just a. Re-boot hold in power button and channel up on box till it boots

I took the box off power and back on. It worked!
