old d-box

found an old d box in a cupboard that i put there about 3/4 years ago,fired it up,was wondering if there is any f/ware for it not sure what type it is but it has two card slots in the front, thanks in advance guys

If it has 2 scarts /enthernet port/ and lcd display
Its a dbox 2 ,Loads of readily available software
Would still like to see a pic....................Paul

forget the two card slots their not used, what happens when u boot the box? is there an image installed?

hi,did it not say image type? is the box nokia or sagem? do you get fta channels?.

Sounds like you might be onto a winner, then!! Reflash with a recent image, and start reading a few posts on here!

you just need to ftp the image to the box,flash through remote and add some files through ftp again

you need either a crossover ethernet cable/rs232 (null modem)serial cable, have you any or both of these ?
