hi there everything was ok with dbox2 on monday as watched the wwe hell in a cell on box office on other nvod channel 213 but went back to it last night to see if it still wasnt on and the channel was blank ehich sometimes it is if nothing is on but this time after going to the channel and was blank it locks me out of any other channel i just get a blank screen and the only way to get channels back is to turn off dbox and turn back on i had this installed by local guy but cant get hold of him now im very new to this and dont know what to do im in sw london nr wimbledon can anyone pop over or talk me thru on phone maybe ?

VM are rolling the keys all the time, you do not have to restart the box just leave it a a pay channel 4 approx 10-20 secs it will clear itself -
On some images ,wot he says is correct
Reboot or restart of the cam will clear the channels again.....PaulIf your Happy with the Help push the Thanx button

i left it for over 5 mins and the channel still didnt come back on ?
plus some people had the wwe repeat on box office yesterday i had blank screen ?Comment

The b*x office only works sometimes on mine also. Nothing wrong with image if all other channels are working. Some1 told me that the b*x office will only work on my box if say my neighbour or some1 on my street p*ys for it. Otherwise it scrambles all the keys and you will get that problem, where you have to reset the box.Comment

You can only get box office if someone near you orders it.

pure area shows all box office events still, including boxing, wrestling etc
sometimes shows films, Punisher: War Zone showing at the moment....thought the films had to be ordered by someone on the same locality (node) but they seem to show for all in pure on ppv sub at the momentComment
