Loosing Channels

Hi guys help me here with Dbox, well recently I start having this issue that every other day I have to rescan as no channels there I don?t know how no bouquts no channels , I have change the image it didn?t effect . I have change it to new image which is commando 11.3 when I install that only FTA stays there other channels freezes a lot that I cant watch any of them. If I install Commando 11 then channels freez less but problem is that I loose channels I don?t know what is the problem , Any help

yeah every thing in place obvously if keys are there thats why i can view channels the problems is with 11.3 commando that channels freez alot but with commando 10 picture freez less but lost channels and my SNR are over 62000
