have u try to reflash the box an see wat happen

yeh reflashed it loadsa of times, all the channels work fine when i take the box to my friends house who lives locally, can u tell me please how to do a scan again? ive forgotten how , only had box 4 days

Press blue button and do the setmylocation feature after it reboots got dbox,service,service scan set bouqets to leave existing red to save blue to scan
but it looks like a sig issue so try the slx1p booster from argos ?8.99 if it dont work you can get a full refund you will need a bit of cable and a couple of cable ends and rf connectors aswell get them from b&q

ps while your at b&q get a cable joiner aswell then in the white box on the wall is a isolator/splitter take that out the loop see if the snr improves as it might be that that is breaking down and needs replacing

Or better still, Fergal- replace their splitter (one pole of which is FM) with a proper SAT splitter in their white wall box. This enabled me to feed my subbed box and dbox alongside, via another 2W splitter, plus fire a lead upstairs to a 3W, to handle my CM and two more dboxes.

Sounds heavy, but all is perfick- with decent cabling, LOL! Cheers- AL
