Fast scan not working - any help

I have lost some channels (Disney) if I do a fast scan it loses all channels, but can still do a deep scan but still not finding Disney. Any help would be appreciated.

I have commando 11 installed area set to knowsley, if I try a fast scan my box does not find any transponders, but if I do a brute force scan it finds 306 transponders, but a few channels are missing (sky screen 2 & Disney). Any Ideas?

The freq has changed for liverpool change the frequency to 531.000 in the service scan menu press red to save and tyhen do a fast scan.
