Problems lossing Channels on Reboots

can aneyone help me im haveing problems with my Nokia Dbox2 when I swith off and on again I loos all channels and have to rescan or update using boutquets wiz i have Don's image I like this image and would like to fix, aney help would be apreshated

Go into your service scan settings
And try turning off Section Scan ......Paul
