how to setup a dbox2

hi, sorry i am completely new at this

i had a great step by step guide to setup a d box2 to recieve encrypted channels in the uk, then i got windows 7 on my netbook and i do not have my favourites anymore and i have tried again and agian to get this website via google but i just cannot find it.

so basicly if anyone knows a guide for beginners to setup dbox2 to recieve encrypted channels that'd be great but failing that if anyone could just tell me how and what equipment i need would be good too. also if anyone knows a video on how to do it.
