    DBOX2 Channel breakup.

    Hi there.
    Trying to sort my pals DBOX2 out.
    Its a SAGEM DBOX with Commando 11.3 image on it.
    Running Evocamd2.17

    After around 10-15 minutes the channels start to break up.. even the FTA channels.
    After a reboot it works again.. but 10-15 mins same thing.

    I've been trying to find an older version of Evocamd to see if it helps but cant find one.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

      Hi,

      Make sure you have the latest version of commando 11.3 by checking this thread post 3: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...upgrade-65099/
      Sagem's can be a bit flaky so have a look at post 22 in the thread above which contains a plugin to enable commando 11.3.11 to run gbox (gbox is a cam which helps a lot of flaky sagems) do a search of this forum for gbox and all is explained.
      The Cam and cfg files are here: http://www.mercs.us/crypt/gbox_support_pack_C11.3.rar
      Unzip it and you only need the files in the following folders:
      var/bin/emu/gbox & camd2 (these need chmod to 755 after they are transferred to the dbox)
      var/bin/keys/gbox.cfg
      You ftp these files to your dbox to the same folders i.e.
      gbox and camd2 go in var/bin/emu
      gbox.cfg goes in var/keys

      Best of luck

      Tommo

        Have you got good ventilation. Anything covering vents. Maybe overheating. Or as above gbox or try ucodes

          Thanks guys!

          @Tommo
          Got those files and will be installing for him tomorrow... cheers mate!
          Not heard of gbox, as i dont have a dbox myself.

          @Mickydibble
          I've even tried with the box open, so i doubt its that.

            If it doesn't solve it don't give up try a blade image as these seem to work on sagem when all others fail.
