i have a 1x chip set box with kein system any help please

Sounds like you flashed the box with a 2x image, as you were advised by Satsearching over on ukcvs you will need to reflash the box using ifa and ensure you use a 1x image. Portable ifa is available in the downloads on here and only requires a crossover cable (no null modem).
Image convertor is also in downloads and if using this always select convert to 1x flash without bootloader.
