couple of questions:

what box is it? nokia or sagem / 1x or 2x

can u transfer files from pc to box....have u set up a connection?

if u haven't then that's the first thing u need to do....

its sagem what connection do i have to do (sorry i have never done this before )

You have to use a program called flashfxp to flip files to your dbox you can get this in downloads it comes with a guide and also you will need a crossover cable to connect your pc to your box. Try this then post back when you connect we will help you more.
