    Is it Nutrino sportster uk
    Or Commando 11
If you got no channels at all
Push blue on remote and enter your location
Then rescan ,these instuctions are for commando
Think you may find you get channels 1234 and 5
Thats when the real fun will start
    Hope this helps ................Paul

      Hi,
it says commando 11 on the robocop graphic at startup its a late 09 version release, but I did come across an option to reboot netrino in one of the menus, if i put my vm box on the same cable i get all the normal channels, but not a pip out of the vbox if you can point me to any newbie how to's on set up would be appreciated.

        Try changing the Ucode mate.

You'll find it by pressing the blue button>
        Commando menu>
        Change Ucode

just change it to something else like 0014. If you try this and you've set your location and scanned and still no channels, then you may well have a ~~~~ed tuner..... in which case get it sent back to whoever you got it from.
