Any images already decoding nagra 2 in Ireland?

Are there any images already decoding nagra 2 in Ireland? In other countries where it is out I suppose the images are already working, I got a german dbox a while back which appeared to have nagra 2 settings.

Since it is already being broadcast I expect you could test such images, or get whatever files you need from a foreign image and transfer them on.

It would be nice to have a box working with no disruption to service when they do turn off the nagra 1 feed.

If anybody has images please let me know if you are working on any but have no nagra 2 signal I could test them for you.

Good post ruprect it would be a step in the right direction and we couild get a step ahead of the posse.I'd like to see more posts on this subject because its gonna happen sooner or later and we can be some way prepared.

The images themselves do not decode anything but rather the cams/emu and keys which do the actual decoding.

With them alone you get the same result
Full image = Result
Am not from the Isle so not so worried

The point I was trying to make was that it makes no difference which image you use on your dreambox as the cams and keys are interchangeable with any image.

OK Thanks. When I was saying image I suppose I meant just a working one with all the files needed already in it. Thats what I meant when I was saying you could possibly get a foreign image and extract these files out.

I am not a programmer so was not sure what would be needed for the change. If you have any idea where to get the files please let me know, maybe somebody knows a forum in a country with nagra 2 already out.

the boxes satkings sell to ireland will be fine, done you worry yourself...just needing a wee cam update and new keypack for hypercam when shit hits the fan,,, that can be done thru a download panal on the box without even flashing it!,..........
nagra2 being cracked in germany or spain has nothing to do with how quickly or how greatly they can help you individually for the 'big hit' that will come in ireland one day...only card dumps can get you the keys that open great doors

correct me if im wrong but isnt there a nagra 2 transmission already in place for the offical PVR ?? or is that still running nagra 1?

i would be in the camp of "if there is something that we can prepare for then we should" . if someone can tell me what i need to do i will begin the process before we are all caught flat footed.

yes they are running n2 on some pvr boxes, but they still running n1 along side it.
If you really want to stay ahead of the game,,, get your hands on a n2 UPC IRELAND card!

If someone releases SW that can decode N?L's Nagra2 now, that will allow N?L to make changes before they fuly impliment it.

I think it would be better to hold off until N1 is shutdown, and N2 is their only version running.. then unlease the SW that will slay N2

Hi guys, am as worried as the lot on this site. Am in a Chorus area, Newbridge Kildare, to be exact. And I can say that we haven't been affected with the new Nagra3 rollout happening around the country in NT* locations. N using Nokia Dbox3

My question is, it seems we are already using Nagra2 and working great with Dbox2 with all channels like Sly Sports and Movies still on. Now when N3 comes out and gets to us Chorus chaps, will it be really that easy as just to change the Keys and the Cams? Or will there have to be a new Image release???

And are there people working on N3 for Ire and Uk areas?
