how to tell if dbox2 is x1 or x2??

Hi Everyone, few noob ish questions if you don't mind

how do I tell if my dbox2 is one chip or two??

also should I get a virgin image or is the commando image that came on the box good enough. I think the date on it is last august...

and yet another question, I've got the box plugged into my router, and its lost its ip address, any tips?

nokia is almost certaily a x2 sagem can be either,look thru slots to see how many it has commando is a great image,and the ip adress you can manually change it remember to save settings

theres a way to check it from the image you currently have with out taking the cover of but i cant remember how sorry.

ended up downloading a complete image off that merc site, still needed to add one of the cams from real magic though. all sorted now though, just in time for the footy too...

gonna try some different images later though, this one seems to get stuck in the menu's a bit, plus the start up screen isn't the classiest
