DBOX2 freezing

Dear all,

I have a nokia dbox 2 which freezes every few minutes for around 20 seconds on certain channels!

I am assuming i need to reflash the box? Can some one point me in the direction that i need to follow or help me as best you can, it is so frustrating during a movie and footie game!!

I'd also be checking my cable connections etc before starting to mess with the box itself.

I get this quite alot to so would be good to see what sort of response you get.

I've always thought it was just my tuner being a bit wonky!
