the channels that your not getting are running on N3 the rest remaining channels will go over once VM are happy that the service runs fault free

i have also lost channels in watford anyway to get them back? tried re-scan nno luck

we lost channels in lincoln about 2 weeks ago, was just going on holiday so didn't worry about it then. when we got back i did a rescan and found an 'other' channels list which had alternatives to channels i already had in my bouquets so i've had to replace channels but otherwise working fine. some of the channels i previously had i still can't replace (such as PPV events channel) but otherwise all channels like sports, kids, movies, music, docs and general were all there.

by the sounds of it i might lose channels again soon as we've not had a new virgin viewing card in our area (we have a V+ box as well) but for now it's fine.
